ایسے اکثر لوگوں کا کہنا ہے کہ ہماری تو زندگی ہی بدل گئی ہے! اور حقیقتاً اُن میں سے اکثر کے مالی حالات بھی اِس سے کے نتیجے میں بہت بہتر ہو گئے!

آج کے دور تو یہ کام بہت آسان ہو گیا ہے۔ اِس طرح کی فہرستیں بنانے میں دو موبائل ایپس تو بہت ہی مفید ہیں:

یہ دو ایپس ایسی ہیں کہ جب آپ کے پاس ٹائم ہو کوئی ایک فہرست بنانا شروع کر دیں یا اگر بنائی ہوئی ہے تو اُس میں اضافہ یا کمی کرنی شروع کر دیں۔ لیپ ٹاپ بھی استعمال کیا جائے تو بہت بہتر ہوتا ہے۔ سب سے بڑا فائدہ یہ ہے کہ یہ مواد ضائع نہیں ہوتا ورنہ تبدیل کرتے ہوئے آپ کو بہت سے کاغذ یا ڈائریاں ضائع کرنی پڑتی ہیں۔ ایک اور چیز یہ ہے کہ اِس قسم کی اکثر معلومات ایسی ہوتی ہیں کہ بندہ انھیں اپنے تک محدود رکھنا چاہتا ہے اور شاید اسی لئے لکھنے سے گریز کرتا ہے جبکہ یہ سوفٹویئر میں بنائی ہوئی فائیلوں کو پاسورڈ لگا کر محفوظ رکھنا بہت آسان ہو جاتا ہے۔ مائیکروسافٹ ورڈ کی تو ہر فائیل کو آپ پاسورڈ لگا سکتے ہیں۔ پھر ایک اور بھی فائدہ ہے کہ آپ اِن کی ایک سے زیادہ کاپیاں بنا سکتے ہیں جن مختلف جگہوں پر محفوظ کر سکتے ہیں۔ اس سے گم ہو جانے کا خطرہ بھی نہیں رہتا۔ اگر ایک جگہ سے گم ہوگی تو دوسری جگہ اُس کی کاپی پڑی ہوگی!

میں سمجھتا ہوں کہ ہر ذہین انسان کو یہ تجزیہ لازمی کرنا چاہئے اور بار بار اِس کو review بھی کرتے رہنا چاہئے۔

اِس کام کو زندگی میں بار بار کرنا چاہئے۔ اِس کو عادت بنا لینی چاہئے۔ میں نے اِس کا نام “ذہنی جھاڑو” رکھا ہوا ہے۔ یہ جھاڑو بار بار دینے کی ضرورت ہوتی ہے۔

انٹرنیٹ سے اِس کے بارے میں بہت سی معلومات مل سکتی ہیں۔ یہ اپنا ذاتی تجزیہ ہوتا ہے۔ اِسی طرح کمپنیاں اور ادارے اپنا تجزیہ کرتے ہیں۔ دراصل یہ چار فہرستیں نانی ہوتی ہیں۔ میں نے جب اپنی بنائی تھیں تو میری آنکھیں کھل گئی تھیں۔ بہت سی نئی چیزیں سمجھ آئیں۔ بہت سے نئے راستے سامنے آئے۔ درجِ ذیل فہرستیں بنانی ہوتی ہیں سوچ کر realistic :
S = strengths
W = weaknesses
O = opportunities
T = threats
اِس سے سمجھ آتی ہے کہ یہ اور یہ صلاحیتیں میرے اندر موجود ہیں اور شاید کوئی ایسی بھی ہوں جو پہلے آپ سمجھتی ہوں کہ میرے اندر ہیں لیکن اِس تجزیے کے بعد آپ کو پتہ چلے کہ یہ تو نہیں ہیں۔
اسی طرح یہ معلوم ہوتا ہے کہ کون کون سی ایسی کمزوریاں ہیں جنھیں امپروو کیا جا سکتا ہے۔ اور کون کون سی ایسی ہیں جن کی بنیاد پر اپنی استعداد اور limitations کی سمجھ آتی ہے۔
پھر کون کون سے امکانات موجود ہیں۔ یعنی opportunities۔ اکثر اوقات بغیر اِس طرح سوچے اُن کی طرف دھیان ہی نہیں جاتا۔ زندگی میں جب کبھی بعد میں پتہ چلتا ہے کہ فلاں وقت میں ایسے کر سکتی تھی تو پھر افسوس ہوتا ہے۔
اِسی طرح حقیقی threats یا چیلینجز کو معلوم کرنا پھر اُن کیلئے وقت سے پہلے تیاری کرنا ممکن ہو جاتا ہے۔

  • Eyes are like fish; Like a fish hurts when it dries. To remain wet is where  the fish is incomfort is. Similarly eyes must remain wet. Frequent blinking of the eyes is a means of repeatedly wetting the eyes.
  • When you are constantly working on computer and mentally going very deep, neither you nor your mind remembers to blink! Due to this there are longer intervals between the blinks of the eyelids.
  • The eyelids usually blink 18 times a minute, but sometimes during computer work eyes blink even less than 4 times. This causes the cornea to become relatively dry. As time passes, the structure of the cornea deteriorates and the symptoms become more severe.
  • During the work, make sure that your eyes are not constantly open. It is best to try to blink periodically.

Is the use of spectacles related to computer vision syndrome?
